Aroma Joe’s Annual Conference

Finally, after two long years, it appears that corporate events are coming back. Understandably, the pandemic slowed down the business’s audio/visual and stage production work. But, now, it seems like companies, fairs, festivals, and public events are coming back to their pre-pandemic ways. In 2019 we had the opportunity to collaborate with Aroma Joe’s for their first annual conference hosted at Sunday River in Newry, Maine. We were slated to be back in 2020 but like everything else that conference was canceled. They tried again in 2021 but due to a surge in cases that was canceled too. When the phone rang for 2022 we were cautiously optimistic and thankfully we were finally able to hit the road and collaborate on another successful three-day event.

For the 2022 conference, we provided: three video projectors and screens, speakers throughout the grand ballroom, six channels of wireless microphones, confidence monitors and preview screens for on-stage presenters, and our perfect cue wireless presenter.

On the first day, we set up all of our equipment and went through dry-run performances and a full rehearsal with the keynote presenter. On the morning of day two, multiple breakout sessions, a trade show, and a large state-of-the-state session took place. In the afternoon awards were given out and the keynote presenter discussed leadership. Day three was capped off by multiple presentations from the main stage in the grand ballroom.

We were so thrilled to be back on the road and collaborating with our event partners at Aroma Joe’s. Our hope is to travel with them as they find a new location in 2023 to support their growing business.
