CMCC Foundation Dinner

It’s another year collaborating with our good friends at Central Maine Community College. You may recall from years prior that this is an annual event that we’re fortunate enough to be involved with. In fact, we’ve been providing production services for the Foundation Dinner for over 10 years! In that time the event has changed locations and format but our a/v services have stayed consistent and for that, we’re very thankful.

This year the event took place at the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch in Auburn, Maine. From an audiovisual production standpoint, we provided a rear throw projection screen with a dress kit, an ultra-short throw projector, microphones, speakers, a digital mixer, and auxiliary TV screens.

The addition of the TV screens ensures that regardless of where you were sitting in the ballroom you had a clear line of site to the visual programming. Award winners gathered in front of the stage to be recognized in what proved to be a very festive and fun-filled evening. As always, we cannot thank the wonderful staff and faculty from CMCC enough for including us in their annual Foundation Dinner. We’re thrilled to be your production partner and it’s our privilege to assist in making this event a success for you and your audience.
